Do you take on one-off jobs or only contracts?
Both. Our bread and butter is multi-site contracts, but we'll happily do a one-off if you're within around 30 miles of Cramlington. We'll be straight with you if it isn't worth the call-out — sometimes it isn't.
What does a typical contract look like?
For most school and housing clients: scheduled visits across the year, a fixed monthly fee, a dedicated foreman, and a written log with photos after each visit. We'll quote a one-off site survey first if you're running multiple sites.
Are you insured and accredited?
Yes — we're CHAS accredited, corporate members of the Institute of Groundsmanship (IOG), fully insured, and all on-site crew are DBS-checked. RAMS and risk assessments live in your client folder.
How quickly can you start?
For a new contract starting fresh: usually within 2–4 weeks of the quote being accepted, depending on the season. For emergency work (storm damage, gritting), often the same day.
Can you handle multiple sites under one contract?
Yes — most of our clients have several sites. We'll consolidate scheduling, invoicing and reporting so you have one point of contact.
