Qualifications & compliance

NPTC qualified climbers

Our climbing arborists hold National Proficiency Tests Council qualifications for aerial tree work, chainsaw use and aerial rescue.

Fully insured for aerial work

Public liability insurance in place for all tree work including aerial operations. Certificate available before works start, no charge.

Site-specific RAMS

Every job gets a written risk assessment and method statement before the first cut is made. Available to your health and safety team on request.

Cherry picker access

For large canopy work, awkward sites or anywhere a climbing operation would be slow or impractical, we bring in cherry picker access as needed.

TPO & conservation areas

Experience working within Tree Preservation Orders and conservation area constraints. We can advise and apply for consent on your behalf.

Pre & post photography

We photograph the site before and after all tree work. Useful for your records, estate management reports, and insurance purposes.

Are you qualified to work on trees with Tree Preservation Orders?
Yes. Our arborists are NPTC qualified and experienced in working within TPO constraints. We can advise on what works are permitted, prepare supporting reports for planning applications, and liaise with the local authority where needed.
Do you offer tree surveys and written reports?
Yes. We carry out visual tree assessments and written reports suitable for estate management, planning applications and risk management records. These can be standalone commissions or part of an ongoing grounds maintenance contract.
Can you respond to storm damage or emergency tree work?
Yes. We offer emergency callouts for storm damage, fallen trees and dangerous limbs. We aim to attend urgent call-outs the same day where operationally possible.
Do you remove the arisings after tree work?
Yes. All brash, logs and chippings are removed unless you'd prefer to keep chippings for paths or beds — we agree this before the job starts.
